• Please note that all VIP experience purchasers will be contacted by VIP Now via e-mail prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusion.
• Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilised for individual contact requirements as applicable.

• All merchandise will be collected on site on the day of the show, some exceptions may apply.
• VIP now will offer a refund or exchange of ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the relevant venue, promoter or person responsible for the event (the “Seller”) (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If a VIP event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller then all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased.
• If applicable, Early Entry refers to first access onto the floor, there is no sectioned off area (unless otherwise stated).
• All merchandise, and amenities are subject to change by the Seller.
• The Seller is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
• All VIP offers and experience purchases may vary market-by market and are subject to modification where reasonably required by a Seller. Any required changes to purchased VIP experience purchases will be communicated promptly to your email address provided or other contact details. Where an inclusion or experience in a VIP package is no longer available the Seller will use reasonable endeavours to substitute for another inclusion or experience of equivalent value.

Get the official Delta Goodrem Souvenir Ticket!

Souvenir Tickets are a special souvenir item for fans, featuring a unique design of your event. By purchasing a souvenir ticket, you can keep a tangible reminder of your experience and show off your support for your favourite artist or event.

The souvenir ticket is a keepsake only, not your ticket into the event.

Australian Orders: These will be shipped to the address listed in your My Ticketek account.

International Orders: Orders with International addresses will not be shipped. Any customers with International addresses will be able to collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day.

Souvenir Tickets will be posted by Ticketek and arrive no later than one week prior to the event. Please ensure your delivery address is up to date in your My Ticketek account.

Souvenir Tickets will be dispatched via AusPost on behalf of Ticketek AU.

Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales.

Customer names will not be printed on the Souvenir Tickets.

If you have not received your Souvenir Ticket one week prior to your event, please contact: souvenirtickets@ticketek.com.au to arrange a replacement.
