*There is no sectioned off area on the floor unless otherwise advised.

**Professional Photography Equipment is not Permitted in the Venue. No TikToks or videos will be permitted. Photos will be taken by a staff member on your own device.

• Fulfilment: Packages and inclusions, including delivery, are facilitated by VIP Nation. • Age Restrictions: VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Children 14 and under may require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP Package) when participating in elements of the VIP Package.
  VIP Nation recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
  Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
• Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
• No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of VIP Nation.
• Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 2-4 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 2 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, please contact VIP Nation here .
  A text will also be sent with the check in time & location the day before the show. Keep an eye out for a text on the day of the show in case of any changes or additional information. Note if attending a show in Australia we are only able to send a text to Australian numbers. At this time we are unable to send to international numbers, outside of Australia. Please contact us here if you have not received VIP Information.
• Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
• Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and VIP Nation, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product. Original purchasers name must be known to check-in and receive your benefits.
• Arrival Time: A component of your Package will require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package. Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
• Artist Meet & Greet: Where your Package includes a Meet & Greet there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show, and 237 Global reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
• Photograph: Where your Package includes a photograph there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show. VIP Nation reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
• Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
• Package Components: Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions. For any questions regarding your concert ticket, please reach out to the point of purchase.
  
  All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between VIP Nation’s Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale (if any), these Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale then to the furthest extent permitted by law the order of priority will be: (1) Frontier’s Terms of Sale; then (2) these Package Additional Terms & Conditions; then (3) VIP Nation’s Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale.
